We would like to take this opportunity (better late than never) to thank you again for all you did for Sassafras last summer.

We were duly impressed by how well you prepared both her and us for her treatment and all the superb treatment she received (as did we – long distance calls of reassurance) – it was no wonder she did not jump in her basket to go home – she felt right at home with you giving her such royal treatment.
