Dear Teresa and Staff

I would just like to say that my original impression of the hospital was bad, much like any other hospital I have visited, but to my surprise I had a wonderful time, I was treated with great care and enjoyed my stay a great deal. It upsets me upon my arrival back home there will be a big sloppy bounding puppy with terrible manners eagerly waiting to *play*! I do not enjoy puppies much!
